**Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:**

- Demonstrate the ability to meet industry standards and timeframes for claims administration.
- Administer claims in accordance with California Workers' Compensation laws.
- Keep diaries and mail up to date.
- Respond to client excess reporting and requests promptly.
- Develop and implement a Plan of Action for the closure of every open claim.
- Manage litigated files as needed.
- Handle subrogation aspects of claims.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Complete and attend claim reviews as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- Possession of a State of California Self-Insurance Administrator's Certificate.
- Proven organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years of indemnity adjusting experience with an indemnity/litigated caseload of at least 150 claims.
- Experience in public municipalities and/or school districts is preferred.
- A college degree is preferred.
- WCCA and WCCP designations are preferred.

**Immediate Position Available:**

We are currently seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster with extensive experience in school districts, strong diary management skills, a high level of service, and proactive claim resolution/closure abilities to manage approximately 125 claims.
