Job Description

Tech M&A Associate - Onsite position in multiple offices in California

$225,000 - $435,000

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Technologies Companies M&A group.

Candidates should have 3-4+ years of experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions preferably for both early and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients.
Candidates applying for attorney positions should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) preferred.
