Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all procedures.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Address and resolve guest issues to guarantee a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
